1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

We provide a subscription-based phone service where you call a number to speak with an AI assistant. You receive a monthly allotment of minutes based on your plan.

3. Minute Usage and Billing

Call duration is rounded up to the next whole minute for billing purposes. For example, a call lasting 2 minutes and 5 seconds is billed as 3 minutes. Every connected call is charged a minimum of 1 minute.

Your dashboard displays all call durations and usage statistics in rounded-up minutes to reflect how minutes are actually deducted from your balance.

Overage minutes (usage beyond your plan's included minutes) are billed at the per-minute rate shown on your plan. Overage charges appear on your next invoice.

4. AI Disclaimer

Important: Responses are generated by artificial intelligence. They are for general information only and do not constitute professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Do not rely on AI responses for critical decisions. When in doubt, consult a qualified professional.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes or to harm others
  • Attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent our systems
  • Share your account or phone number for unauthorized use
  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. SMS and Communications

By signing up, you consent to receive account-related texts, including verification codes and balance updates after calls. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of non-essential messages. You can contact us to opt out of all SMS.

7. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you retain access until then.

The free trial is a one-time offer for new subscribers. Once you upgrade to a paid plan, the free trial cannot be reactivated.

Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Plan downgrades are scheduled to take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, so you keep your current plan's benefits until then.

Refunds are handled per our refund policy (see Stripe checkout or contact support).

8. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
