What is DialAnytime?
It's an AI assistant you call from any phone, whether it's a cell phone, a landline, or a flip phone. You ask a question out loud, and it answers in a friendly, natural voice. There's nothing to download and you don't need the internet.
Who is this for?
Anyone who prefers talking on the phone over using a computer or smartphone. It's especially popular with retirees, people in rural areas, and families who want to give a parent or grandparent an easy way to get answers to everyday questions.
Do I need a smartphone, internet, or Wi-Fi?
No. All you need is a phone that can make calls. A basic cell phone or a landline works perfectly. There are no apps to download and no internet connection needed to use the service.
Can a family member set this up for me?
Absolutely. A son, daughter, or caregiver can create the account online, pick a plan, and save the phone number in your phone. After that, you just call the number. You won't need a computer or account login on your end.
What kind of questions can I ask?
Almost anything you'd call a friend about: the weather, a recipe, a word definition, how to convert measurements, what time a store closes, general trivia, and much more. Just speak naturally, and the assistant will do its best to help.
Trust & safety
Is this a scam or a robocall?
No. We will never call you. You are always the one who dials the number. You choose when to call and what to ask. Your phone number is private and is never shared or sold.
Is it a real person on the other end?
It's an AI (artificial intelligence) that speaks in a natural voice. Think of it like Siri or Alexa, but over a regular phone call. It's designed to be helpful and easy to talk to.
Are my conversations recorded or listened to?
No. We do not record, store, or listen to what you say during a call. We only keep track of the call length and time for billing purposes. Your privacy matters to us.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Your account is protected with encryption, and we use Stripe (a trusted payment company) for billing. We never share your personal information with anyone for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Can it help with medical, legal, or financial questions?
It can share general information, but it's not a substitute for a doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor. For important decisions about your health, legal matters, or finances, always talk to a qualified professional. The assistant will remind you of this when appropriate.
Billing & plans
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $28.99 per month for 60 included minutes. There's also a free trial with 10 minutes and no credit card required, so you can try it before committing. View all plans.
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. The free trial gives you 10 minutes at no cost and doesn't require a credit card. It's a one-time offer for new users, so once you move to a paid plan, you cannot go back to free.
How does billing work?
You pick a monthly plan with a set number of included minutes. Each call is rounded up to the next whole minute (minimum 1 minute per call). Your minutes renew each billing period. Unused minutes don't carry over to the next month.
What happens if I use all my minutes?
You can still call. Extra minutes are charged at your plan's per-minute overage rate, which is shown on your plan details. You can also upgrade to a larger plan anytime for a lower per-minute cost.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect right away, and you'll get your new minutes immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect on your next billing date so you keep your current minutes until then.
How do I cancel?
Log in to your dashboard and click "Cancel subscription." Your service stays active through the end of your billing period. There are no fees or penalties, and you can cancel entirely online.

How do I get started?
Create an account (or have a family member do it), choose a plan, and save the phone number shown on your dashboard. Then just call whenever you want. For detailed steps, read our Getting Started guide.
Can I call from a landline?
Yes. You can call from any phone that makes outgoing calls: a landline, cell phone, flip phone, or smartphone. The service works the same regardless of what kind of phone you have.
How do I check how many minutes I have left?
Log in to your dashboard on any computer or phone browser. You'll see your remaining minutes, call history, and billing period. A family member with your login can check for you.
What if I need help with my account?
Contact us and a real person will respond, usually within one business day. We're happy to help with billing, technical issues, or anything else.
